Aberdeen Angus

American Aberdeen, formerly Lowline, were developed at the Trangie Research Centre in New South Wales, Australia. They are valued for their moderate size, good natured personalities, easy calving and efficiency to maintain themselves on grass. They produce exceptional quality beef.

American Aberdeen bulls mature to 45-48 inches tall at the hip and weigh from 1,300 to 1,600 pounds. Mature cows are generally 42-46 inches tall at the hip and weigh between 900 and 1,100 pounds. http://www.americanaberdeen.com

We currently are running 41 head of Aberdeen and Moderator cattle, including a couple bummer calves, Limousine steer and Hereford heifer.
