Our family prides ourselves in raising high quality, great tasting pork that is healthy for you! We wouldn’t feed you anything we wouldn’t feed our own family.
Our pork is raised from farrowing to finish on our farm here in southeastern Oregon. Whether they are out on the pastures or in their smaller paddocks, they have full access to certified organic alfalfa/grass, we raise here on the farm. In order to meet their nutritional requirements, the pigs are given non-GMO grain daily for the minerals they need to stay healthy, happy and active. These minerals are supplemented through grain because they can not get them from pasture alone.
All pork is processed at a USDA certified butcher in central Oregon, unless otherwise directed by our buyer.
